David Zambratto

David Zambratto joined Newmark in 2015 and reports directly to Thomas Dobrowski. David started his career at Newmark creating pitchbooks and marketing materials and has successfully completed the transition into valuation and underwriting. David has been involved in traditional and auction sales of more than 50 assets in excess of $1B. David is a Licensed Real Estate Salesperson in the state of New York. David graduated from Tulane University with a Bachelor’s degree in Finance and Management.
